P90X

it's time.
i'm tired of being fat.
or at least feeling fat.
when there's absolutely no excuse for it.
so, i'm starting.
monday.
wish i'd started this monday.
but i don't have a pull up bar.
and may not have one next week either.
oh well.
i'm not waiting any longer.
not making up any more excuses.
i will just substitute something.

i will post "before" pictures before next monday. hopefully i won't forget to take them.

okay...i used a little step stool for the pull ups - rested one foot barely on it - so that i could get better reps - it'll wind you, so don't feel dejected if you have to use it. anyhoo - i'd rather do 8 reps than 3 (or none, let's face it - we're girls)...less defeating this way. okay, gotta run. good luck - i'd do it with you if i could - it was the strongest and best i ever felt.
